Joe Guinn – Joe has over 19 years of experience in the transportation industry.  Having been an owner, driver, bus mechanic, tire changer, dispatcher, and driver scheduler Joe has seen just about every facet in the transportation industry.  Joe’s expertise involves compliance with not only the DOT, but also numerous other state and federal organizations.  Joe's experience in the limo industry industry includes time as an affiliate manager, fleet manager, compliance manager, operations manager, and independent consultant for companies throughout the country.

Chris Przybylski – Chris has managed logistics operations for over 15 years. With a degree in Criminal Justice and experience in compliance involving OSHA, FLSA, FMCSA and others, his passion is understanding and interpreting regulations. Chris’ experience in the limousine industry includes ownership, sales, training, compliance and operations management for some of the largest limousine companies in the country.

Chris has personally overseen more than 70 state and federal safety audits for limousine and bus companies.

Digital Vehicle Inspections

Daily driver vehicle inspections is the single-most important item in ensuring your fleet stays in peak condition, but tracking paper is outdated.

Using our proprietary software, drivers can report vehicle issues, submit custom checklists and more. Instead of paper, our email and text notification system and intuitive backed portal lets you easily see reported issues.


Damage Tracking

Vehicle damage is a reality with any fleet. Vehicle specific photos help drivers clearly mark the location of new damage and identify which damage has already been reported. Timestamps and photos eliminate the blame-game and let you quickly get to the source of new damage.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is crucial, but knowing when to do what can be challenging. Our system automatically creates work-orders based upon manufacturer recommended maintenance programs with simple checklists outlining what should be completed.

If you prefer to follow your own maintenance program, setting up custom maintenance programs is easy and intuitive. Intervals can be set by mileage, days, or engine hours.

Cost Tracking

For many companies, the fleet department is a top 5 expensive item. In Limologs, reported issues, maintenance items, and body damage automatically create work orders.
