Registered ELDs

Before choosing or continuing to use an electronic logging device (ELD), check FMCSA’s current list of registered ELDs. Search for the device name, model, software version, and ELD identifier rather than relying on a product name alone.

Check both lists

1. Match your device’s identifying details against the registered list.
2. Check FMCSA’s revoked ELD list too. A device’s status can change, so use the live lists when making a decision.
3. Remember that registration is the provider’s self-certification. FMCSA says it does not endorse any listed device.
